I called about my electronics went haywire and I had no brakes on June 17, I was told it would be August 3 before they could check it out. Went to have transmission oil level checked and the staff was as ready as I was for my appointment. It took the amount of time they said it would and everything checked out ok. I appreciated that they didn't try to sell me anything else. I just went there got what I needed and left. I wish everything could be so efficient.

I walked in, was greeted by Kedrin , very friendly. I told him what I wanted, we went for a drive came back, negotiated a little and got me taken care of. The banks were closed so there was a little complications with the transaction, and boy let me tell you they got it figured out and I was able to drive off the lot in my brand new pickup. 10/10 would recommend and will happily return

I had a great experience with the Jones GMC dealership. It was a small facility that had really good vibes (the local animal shelter with dogs and a tent out front definitely helped)! I don't remember everyone's name, but I will shoutout; Paul, Rachel, Davius, Darby, the young lady receptionist, the young salesman, the saleswoman, and the young lady in financing. They made the buying experience wonderful and if I'm looking for another vehicle in the future, I will reach out to them!

My daughter and grandsons rode with me to Savannah for my service appointment. We stopped at McDonalds and got the boys some food. When we arrived at Jones, not only were we greeted warmly, but we were offered the use of the table and chairs for the boys to eat their food rather than juggle it in the waiting area.
