3-Day / 300-Mile Buyback Guarantee Agreement

At Jones Motor Company, we want every customer to drive away with confidence. That’s why we offer a 3-Day / 300-Mile Buyback Guarantee on qualifying vehicles.

Terms and Conditions

• Vehicle must be picked up at one of the Jones Motor Company locations for the Buyback Guarantee to be in effect. Delivered vehicles are not eligible.
• Vehicle may be returned before 5:00 PM Central Time within three (3) calendar days of the delivery date, including weekends and holidays.
• Vehicle must not exceed 300 miles driven from the time of delivery. Mileage will be verified by dealership inspection at time of return.
• Vehicle must be returned in the same condition as delivered — no additional damage, warning lights, mechanical issues, modifications, excessive wear, smoking damage, added accessories, or misuse (including towing unless originally equipped and approved).
• All original items must be returned, including keys, manuals, floor mats, accessories, and any other items delivered with the vehicle.
• Vehicle must not have been involved in an accident, sustained damage, or been subject to an insurance claim during the trial period.
• Returns must be made in person during normal business hours at the same Jones Motor Company dealership location where the vehicle was originally purchased.
• This Buyback Guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Return Policy Limitations

• A maximum of two (2) returns are allowed per household within a twelve (12) month period under this guarantee.
• Repeat returns beyond this limit are not permitted.
• Jones Motor Company reserves the right to deny the Buyback Guarantee in cases of abuse, misrepresentation, or use in bad faith.

Buyback Process

• Upon approval, the dealership will reverse the sale transaction. Down payment funds will be refunded within three (3) business days after approval of the return.
• If a trade-in was part of the transaction, it will be returned to the customer in the condition it was received, subject to availability.
• DMV/registration documents will be canceled where applicable. Any state-submitted registration fees, title fees, taxes, or third-party government fees that have been processed are nonrefundable.
• If the purchase involved financing, the finance contract will be canceled upon approval of the return.

Optional Products and Fees

• Dealer documentary fees will be refunded.
• Any optional service contracts, GAP coverage, extended warranties, maintenance plans, or other ancillary products will be canceled and refunded according to the provider’s cancellation terms.
• Credit card processing fees (if applicable) are nonrefundable.

Exclusions

• Commercial, fleet, or wholesale vehicles are not eligible.
• Specialty, custom-ordered, modified, or specially equipped vehicles are not eligible.
• Vehicles returned with excessive wear, damage, alterations, or mechanical abuse beyond normal use will not qualify.
